Our Commitment

Dapper Market Solutions® LLC ("DMS") is committed to making dapperms.com and our related digital services usable by the widest possible audience, regardless of ability or technology. We treat accessibility as a continuing process, not a one-time checklist.

Conformance Target

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities, including visual, auditory, motor, cognitive, and neurological impairments.

This site is partially compliant with WCAG 2.1 AA. "Partially compliant" means some content does not yet fully conform — we are actively addressing those areas.

Measures We Take

  • Semantic HTML structure — headings, landmarks, and lists used appropriately
  • Color contrast ratios reviewed against WCAG AA thresholds
  • Keyboard-accessible interactive elements (skip-links, focus rings, no keyboard traps)
  • Alt text on informational images; decorative images marked appropriately
  • Form fields with associated labels and error messaging
  • Responsive design that works at 200% zoom and on assistive technologies
  • Screen-reader testing with VoiceOver (macOS / iOS) and NVDA (Windows)

Known Limitations

Despite our efforts, parts of the site may not yet meet our accessibility target. Known issues include:

  • Some embedded third-party content (e.g., booking widgets, video players) may not fully meet WCAG AA
  • Older blog posts may have legacy images without descriptive alt text
  • Some PDFs and downloadable documents have not yet been remediated

We are working to address each of these and welcome reports of any other barriers you encounter.

If you have trouble accessing any part of this site, or if any content is not accessible to you, please tell us. We take every report seriously and will work with you to provide the information or service you need through an alternative channel while we fix the underlying issue.

Please include the page URL, the issue you ran into, the assistive technology you use (if any), and a way to reach you. We aim to respond within 5 business days.

This statement is reviewed at least annually and updated as the site evolves. The most recent review date appears at the top of this page.
